- Service Scope & Booking Workflow
Stageandprop provides bespoke scene staging services, spatial configuration, and temporary visual setup arrangements across Europe. All operations adhere strictly to a clear consultation, quotation, and scheduling workflow:
Inquiry & Consultation Deposit: All prices displayed initially on our site represent an advance consultation deposit. Submission of this payment initiates layout evaluation and project parameter review.
Requirement Assessment: Our team reviews site layout details, location requirements, and temporal constraints communicated by the Client.
Quotation Issuance: Following assessment, a comprehensive written quotation detailing the full project cost, service parameters, and remaining balance is issued.
Schedule & Balance Confirmation: Service dates are scheduled upon written acceptance of the quotation and execution of the balance payment arrangement as outlined in the proposal.
On-Site Execution: Staging services are carried out directly at the designated European site on the agreed appointment date.
- Payment Terms & Quotations
Consultation Deposits: Consultation deposits are required to reserve review slots and initiate custom quotation preparations.
Quotations: Quotations remain valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Final Balance: The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the physical commencement of on-site staging services, according to the schedule specified in the formal quotation. All financial transactions are processed securely using standard encryption protocols.
- Cancellation, Performance & Withdrawal Rights
Pre-Execution Cancellation: Clients may cancel a booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled on-site service date. Where assessment work or preliminary planning has commenced following payment of the consultation deposit, administrative costs incurred up to the point of cancellation may be deducted in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
Statutory Exception for Custom Performance: Pursuant to European Consumer Rights directives and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore, once on-site staging execution has commenced at the designated location with the Client’s prior express consent, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply to services fully performed.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All text, website media, product imagery, and visual assets published on www.stageandprop.com are either fully original works or utilized under royalty-free commercial licenses. Clients do not acquire ownership rights to any materials, props, or proprietary spatial arrangements provided during the performance of the service unless explicitly transferred via separate written agreement.
- Limitation of Liability
Stageandprop exercises due care and professional skill in fulfilling all staging agreements. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore and European jurisdictions:
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from site delays caused by incomplete information provided by the Client or external force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
Liability for direct damages arising out of service performance shall be limited to the total monetary amount received from the Client for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, intentional misconduct, or statutory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by law.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or service performance shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory statutory protections afforded to consumers under applicable local laws in European member states.
