All displayed initial online payments serve as a consultation deposit to initiate spatial assessment and scope review. Follow these steps to request custom staging services:

Submit Inquiry & Consultation Deposit: Submit your preliminary event specifications via our online form and remit the consultation deposit to secure a review slot.

Requirements Assessment: Our team reviews your specific layout needs, location details, and schedule.

Quotation Issuance: A written quotation detailing the scope of work, total fee, and remaining balance is issued to you for approval.

Schedule Confirmation: Upon formal acceptance of the quotation and settlement of the agreed terms, your on-site service date is scheduled.

On-Site Execution: Our team conducts the staging service directly at your designated location in Europe as scheduled.
